Job Description
The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and prioritize patient needs
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve quality patient outcomes
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Requirements:
- Current AZ RN license
- Associate's degree in nursing or higher
- 1-2 years of experience in nursing or related field
- ACLS certification within 90 days of hire
