Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Medical Assistant to join our team. As a Medical Assistant, you will provide nursing care to clinic patients and support medical providers, care managers, and other staff to deliver quality primary healthcare.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care to clinic patients
- Support medical providers, care managers, and other staff
- Perform clerical duties related to day-to-day operations
- Respond to inquiries and requests from staff personnel
Qualifications: To be considered for this role, you must have completion of a Medical Assistant training program accredited by the CAAHEP, ABHES, ACCSC, or other accrediting body recognized by the US Department of Education. You should also possess moderate computer skills, with an emphasis on accuracy, and be able to read, write, and speak English. Additionally, you must be able to understand medical terminology, work with physicians, mid-level providers, clinical support staff, administrative staff, and front office staff, and maintain confidentiality at all times.
