Graphic Art Facilitator
Position Summary:
Assign and send requests to be completed by a team of offshore designers. Receive requests from offshore designers and proof for errors. Process completed requests into the workflow system and move to correct status. Keep organized documentation of requests sent and received.
Send .jpg files to be digitized offshore. Proof returned .bmp files and process into our system. Keep organized documentation of requests sent and received.
Assist with any edits of bmp files. Assist in day-to-day art / concept request.
Essential Functions:
Keeping a detailed list of all requests sent and received. Keeping accurate counts daily/weekly and reporting those counts to the supervisor/manager. Assist in spreading updated department material to offshore designers. Answer questions from offshore designers as they arise.
Qualifications:
Basic computer skills required. Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Google Sheets. Ability to learn new programs on the job is preferred. Organizational skills and the ability to work quickly and efficiently is a must. Attention to detail is a must. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must. Ability to work with others as well as be self-motivated. Must be able to work with little supervision. Sitting for extended periods of time. Some reaching, stretching & bending required.
