Customer Service Sales Coordinator
Reports To: Customer Service Supervisor
Position Summary: Accountable for helping manage client base in all territories by covering for the Account Executives & Sales Coordinators in their absence and being able to communicate in a productive & professional manner with updates of their accounts upon their return. Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. Maintains and disseminates knowledge of products, processes and procedures. Ensure customer satisfaction by gathering, sorting, organizing functions of account management.
Essential Functions:
- Communicating with internal team members, peers, departments, and subordinates. Communicating via phone and email with customers. Taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.
- Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others, and maintaining them over time.
- Working on a computer using different systems and hardware to enter data and process information.
- Working with multiple screens, systems, and being able to talk on the phone, reply to emails, as well as process orders efficiently.
- Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
- Using knowledge and strengths to try and solve any problems your customer or team mates may have to the best of your ability. Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client’s or customer’s questions
- Perform other duties as requested.
- Qualifications:
- Must have the ability to work closely with other people.
- Must be punctual and have a positive work attitude.
- Ability to answer a high volume of calls and/or emails daily
- Attentiveness and patience
- Some sitting, standing, walking, lifting (over 75 lbs.), bending, twisting, reaching, stretching, pushing, and pulling required.
- Time-management skills
- Detail oriented
- Must be willing to cross-train in various positions.
