What You’ll Do
As an Accounts Payable Assistant, you’ll play a crucial role in keeping our financial operations running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
✔ Accurately processing and paying vendor invoices using the three-way match process
✔ Reconciling bank statements, processing ACH/wire transfers, and posting deposits
✔ Working with vendors and internal teams to resolve payment discrepancies
✔ Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring all transactions comply with company policies
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
✅ Preferred Qualifications:
✔ Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
✔ At least 2 years of experience in accounts payable, data entry, or bookkeeping
✔ Strong computer skills, including Excel, Outlook, and accounting software (RFMS experience is a plus!)
✔ Ability to problem-solve and think critically when reconciling invoices and payments
