If you have a proven track record in commissioned sales or a relevant background and can easily establish rapport and credibility with a wide range of customers, The Floor Project is sourcing a candidate like you! This Flooring Sales Professional position requires general knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Social Media Platforms and general internet competency.
You will be responsible for greeting and selling to customers in a walk-in environment.
Your day to day in The Floor Project operations will look a bit like this:
- Contacting prospects to set up showroom visits
- Conducting showroom tours for customer prospects and walk-in visitors
- Asking questions and listening to customer needs to match them with great products
- Maintaining a level of professional knowledge about flooring products to better sell to and service members and their clients
- Project Management - taking flooring orders, confirming material arrival and delivery with members
- Assisting with showroom promotions and events
- Re-establishing communication with former customers who have not recently purchased from The Floor Project
- Following up with customers regarding orders, estimates, and quotes

Pay: $37,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
