We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales professional to join their team. The Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for managing sales activities of our organization and leading their team of professionals who are involved in the sales and marketing activities of the company. They track market developments, create strategies, set up sales plans, and maintain customer relations. We are looking for a professional who has experience and a strong background in the fasteners industry as we make parts used in the aerospace industry. This position requires 10% travel to customers in California, Florida, New York, and internationally. RESPONSIBILITES |
o Develops and implements strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals. o Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly. o Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs, price schedules, and discount rates. o Assigns sales territory to sales representatives. o Evaluates sales representative’s performance annually based on mutually agreed upon goals and implement programs to correct deficiencies. o Represents company at trade association meetings and promote product. o Delivers sales presentation to key clients in coordination with sales representatives. o Meets with key clients, assisting sales representatives with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals. o Conducts meetings and training sessions with distributor personnel, customers, and specifiers to provide product knowledge and review company sales policies and philosophies. o Establishes plans and programs to promote and present products to end users and distribution channels. o Participates with individuals at Jergens on the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies, sales goals, product development, distribution policies, information flow and systems integration. o Analyzes and controls expenditures of division to conform to budgetary requirements. o Directs campaigns to secure sales in new territories and industries, to realize full market potential and establish product line acceptance. o Monitors and reports on competitors market activities. o Develops advertising materials, website content and trade show exhibits. o Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS |
o Bachelor’s degree, preferably in sales, marketing, or business o 5-8 years of experience in sales o Experience in fasteners industry is desired |
