Rental Property Manager
Work site: Hybrid (Based out of Wausau or Colby based on candidates’ location)
Start Date: as soon as possible
Starting Pay: $21.86-$23.82 per hour, depending on experience
Status: Full-time 37.5 hours per week.

Duties: The position exists to provide services related to residential rental housing and commercial rental property including marketing, application & leasing, tenant relations and involvement in the identification of needed maintenance or improvements. Above all, the property manager works in conjunction with the housing team to provide a safe living environment for CAP’s tenants.
Minimum Qualifications:
- BA/BS in marketing, business communication, advertising or sales plus three years’ experience in commercial and residential property management to include Section 42 LIHTC and/or Section 8;
- OR, Non-related BA/BS degree and four years experience as detailed above;
- OR, High school diploma and six years experience as detailed above.
