Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Inside sales coordinator to work with our sales team in driving revenue growth and enhancing customer relationships. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in technical sales and business development, with a proven ability to communicate effectively and negotiate successfully. This role requires collaboration with various departments to ensure alignment on sales strategies and objectives.
Responsibilities :
- Gather information from sales team and sales manager to update status of all current and future projects.
- Coordinate and lead weekly sales team meeting to review, discuss, assign potential project business
- Manages all data from design phase to closing on all current projects through software database.
- Assists sales team as customer service representative.
- Coordinates with C.O.O. on mix designs and submittals for all projects as specified.
- Compile data on current/future business to forecast sales and report performance to senior management and sales Team.
- Assist sales assistant with administrative tasks when needed.
- Project lead: new estimating software implementation using Command Quote
- Assist new CAPA identity rollout and maintain CAPA corporate identity.
- Performs other tasks or projects as described or assigned by General Sales Manager or Chief Financial Officer.
- Researches opportunities for Sales Team.
To attend pre-bid meetings, forecasts, town hall, county, city, private, public and Tx DOT meetings.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role, preferably within the technology sector.
- Strong technical sales skills with the ability to understand complex products and services.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with a focus on building rapport with clients.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and close deals successfully.
- Experience in business development with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track performance.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams while fostering a positive work environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.
