Job Summary:
We are looking for a tech-savvy, client-focused monday.com Implementation Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering customized monday.com solutions, guiding clients through the platform setup, and training users for successful adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the discovery, design, configuration, and deployment of monday.com solutions
• Analyze client workflows and translate them into scalable monday.com board structures
• Customize monday.com workspaces with dashboards, automations, integrations, and templates
• Integrate monday.com with other technology systems using Make.com functionality
• Provide client training and onboarding support for teams and users
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and client stakeholders to ensure successful implementation
• Identify and document best practices and reusable implementation components
• Troubleshoot issues and provide recommendations to optimize client solutions
• Stay updated on monday.com product updates and new features

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate or masters degree
• Knowledge of project management or workflow management methodologies
• 1 years of experience in client-facing consulting, SaaS implementation, business process improvement or customer service
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with SaaS tools like Salesforce.com, monday.com, Make.com, Power BI, or similar is a plus
• Experience in marketing and agency businesses is a plus
• monday.com and Make.com certifications are a strong advantage
