Are you a positive, energetic individual with experience in logistics customer service? We are seeking a Client Account Manager to join our team. This role involves managing day-to-day order operations for clients who ship to major retailers and boutique/e-commerce customers.
Responsibilities:
- Own a portfolio of 4-6 brand accounts.
- Cultivate strong client relationships.
- Provide ongoing client management support.
- Empower clients on self-service practices.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment.
- Monitor daily orders and ensure timely service.
- Address customer inquiries promptly.
- Manage error processing, reporting, and remediation.
- Research transportation options and costs for clients.
- Assist with client requests on-site as needed.
Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of customer service experience.
- 1-2 years of 3PL and logistics client service preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and computer systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and strong time management skills.
- College education preferred; Salesforce experience a plus.
- CRM, ERP, and Hazmat knowledge/certification a plus.
- Industry experience in beauty, apparel, or related consumer products preferred.
