Key Responsibilities
- Multi-Carrier Shipping Management: Oversee small parcel processes, carrier negotiations, and cost management.
- Performance Analysis: Develop metrics and analyze logistics data to identify improvement areas and cost savings.
- Data Analysis: Design real-time tracking dashboards for small parcel/eCommerce operations.
- Simulations and Analysis: Manage simulations to improve performance metrics.
- Technology Solutions: Lead the implementation of a new multi-carrier shipping solution.
- Vendor Relations: Manage relationships with third-party vendors, software providers, and parcel carriers.
What You'll Bring
- Experience: 5 years in logistics and fulfillment/3PL.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of 3rd party freight audit platforms, proficiency in tools like Power BI and Excel.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or related field.
- Negotiating Skills: Understanding of parcel contracts and eCommerce logistics.
