For one of our going on project we are looking for Oracle PeopleSoft Financial and HRC application Administrator. The position is based out of Milwaukee, WI but can be done remote as of now.

Oracle PeopleSoft Financial and HRC application Administrator will assists in the development and maintenance of the PeopleSoft ERP System.
- Customizes and configures workflow to allow the integration of client / server applications.
- Implement and test PeopleSoft configuration to ensure the ERP system is meeting corporate needs.
- The candidate will have a thorough understanding of PeopleSoft Financials and HCM databases and tables structure.
- Be able to provide recommendations and best practices on SQL tuning, performance and Golden Gate configurations.
- The candidate will have experience using Oracle Exadata and ExaLogic platforms.
Must have advanced skill with Oracle RDBMS and PeopleSoft application and provide cross-training for support.

3 years experience to Creating, reviewing and tuning SQL scripting.
3 years experience to Data Archival and Retrieval Strategies.
3 years experience to requirements gathering for data warehouse.
3 years experience to Data Warehouse - Performance tuning.
3 years experience to backups and recoveries with Symantec Net Backup.
3 years experience to extract, transform, and load coding using Informatica.
3 years experience to migrating databases to / from Exadata platform.
3 years experience to Oracle / PeopleSoft Cloud administration, implementation and Support.
3 years experience to Knowledge of Oracle database management systems principles, techniques and capabilities.
3 years experience to Oracle; Knowledge of Oracle including stored procedures and SQL Tuning.
3 years experience to Oracle 12c
3 years experience to Oracle data dictionary views.
3 years experience to Oracle Enterprise Manager.
3 years experience to Oracle Exadata System Patching.
