Collaborate with all parts of the business including 3rd parties

Experience working within Retail Banking as a Business Analyst

Solid experience of process mapping/process re-engineering
-
Proven ability to conduct process mapping and customer journey analysis

Change Management Methodology – proven delivery experience working in a project environment with different methodologies
-
Proven stakeholder management skills, including the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
-
Change Management Implementation - Being involved in projects from Business Case creation through to User Acceptance Testing co-ordination, test planning and execution

Requirements Gathering – the ability to produce structured functional specification, including experience of User Story. proven ability to run effective workshops for client business users

Data Interpretation - the ability to critically evaluate information gathered across multiple sources, reconcile variances, and recommend proposals to clients

Strong academic record coupled to good problem-solving skills

Excellent Communication and Stakeholder Management Skills - the ability to communicate to a variety of audiences across business function and level and tailor messages appropriately

Senior Business Analysts will have some experience managing teams, an understanding of project management and planning

Our immediate focus is on interviewing candidates who are based in Scotland as this is a hybrid role with travel to client site. Unfortunately we are unable to provide visa sponsorship at this time.
