About the Job :
As a member of the Capco Technology Delivery Team, you'll bring practical knowledge of agile development methodologies and engineering best practices. As a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) Specialist, you'll play an integral role using your experience and skills to contribute to the quality and implementation of our projects.
What You'll Get to Do :
- Design and implement SRE principles to enhance system reliability, scalability, and performance.
- Automate operational processes and establish robust monitoring, alerting, and incident response systems.Provide strategic insights to ensure security compliance and risk mitigation in DevOps practices.
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in IT Operations, leveraging ITIL best practices to optimize processes.
- Oversee CloudOps strategies, ensuring high availability and resilience of cloud-based systems.
- Optimize workflows and automate service delivery processes using ServiceNow capabilities.
