We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper/Payroll Specialist to support our Finance Director. If you're a detail-oriented multi-tasker with a strong work ethic and a passion for precision, we want to hear from you!
As our Bookkeeper, you will manage day-to-day accounting and payroll functions, ensuring smooth financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Maintain general ledger
- Process payroll and payroll reports
- Ensure accurate data entry and record-keeping
Requirements:
- 5 years of bookkeeping experience
- Strong knowledge of GAAP
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and QuickBooks
