Patient Accounts Representative / Insurance Biller

Location : Sandwich, MA

Job Summary : Maintain all patient accounts per specified insurance companies.

Job Responsibilities :

• Retrieve and post daily ERA / Insurance Payments for designated insurances.
• Process creation of claims for specified insurances.
• Appeal all denied claims for designated insurances within timely filing limit.
• Assist patients in understanding; explanation of benefits, payment policies, etc.
• Pull and Maintain A / R reports and claim statuses for designated insurances.
• Provide assistance to other staff on appeals, posting and other insurance / financial questions.
• Address all correspondences for designated insurances.
• Offer phone support for Billing Hunt Group
• Scanning Duties
