What You'll Do
- Deliver high-quality patient care, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes to the Nurse Manager.
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with orders provided.
