Pay Rates
LPN Pay Rate : $50.00 an hour plus shift differentials
RN Pay Rate : $55.00 an hour plus shift differentials
Shifts Available
3pm-11pm and 11pm-7am
LPN / RN Weekend Warrior Responsibilities
Provide patient care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care, as well as physician’s plan of treatment
Provide respectful and compassionate care to all residents, families, and caregivers
Demonstrate sound clinical judgment and maintain resident confidentiality
Provide direction to clinical team members
Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with orders provided
Ability to work 5 weekends in a row with 1 weekend off
LPN / RN Weekend Warrior Qualifications
A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an LPN or RN in the state of Massachusetts
Ability to work with multiple patients at once
Primary series of the COVID-19 vaccine required
Ability to work 5 weekends in a row with 1 weekend off
