Job Title:
Branch Manager
Overview:
- Manages and coordinates all activities of a branch office.
- Oversees activities of operations personnel to ensure efficient operation of department or branch.
- Reviews accounts, records of proof, and certifications to ensure compliance of workers with established standard procedures and practices.
Typical Functions:
- Interviews, selects, and hires new employees.
- Evaluates employee performance and recommends or initiates promotions, transfers, and disciplinary action.
- Compiles required and special reports on operating functions of department or branch.
- Controls supply of money on hand to meet branch's daily needs and legal requirements.
- Conducts staff meetings of operations personnel, or confers with subordinate personnel to discuss operational problems or explain procedural changes or practices.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Electrical distribution experience strongly preferred
- 5 years management experience
Work Shift and Hours: Monday - Friday in office, standard business hours 7a-4p
Compensation Details: The expected base salary for this position is starting at $60,000 annually depending on experience. This position is also bonus eligible - based on specific and relevant business metrics.
