Cape Fear Solar is seeking a hard-working individual to handle inside sales activities. The applicant must be highly organized, reliable, friendly, good on the phone, goal-oriented, and be responsible for qualifying incoming leads.
Requirements:
- College degree preferred
- Entrepreneur mindset
- Must be highly organized with high attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as with a team
- Dynamic personality and professional appearance
- Friendly warm energetic voice
- Exceptional customer service attitude and excellent communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office products (MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Experience with Salesforce or another CRM Software preferred
- Available to work weekdays and occasional weekends
- An understanding of the residential solar market preferred, but not required
- Promotion and advancement opportunities possible
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Salary: Hourly rate, benefits attractive incentives for generating and qualifying leads
