Summary
Coordinates the cost report reimbursement function for the Medicare, Medicaid, and Tricare programs at a multi-facility health system.***This is a Full Time Exempt position***
Education And Training
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required
- Minimum of five years of experience in government cost report reimbursement at a multi-facility health system
- Experience preparing Medicare and Medicaid cost reports for LTAC, Critical Access Hospitals with Rural Health Clinics, Acute Care Hospitals, Teaching Hospitals with Inpatient Rehab, Hospice and Cancer Centers.
- Knowledge of Medicare regulations and NC Medicaid Reimbursement programs.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Working knowledge of GL (Workday) and Patient Accounting Systems (EPIC)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
