Summary
Develops, maintains, and administers a program to effectively provide child care and developmental services for children enrolled in the Cape Fear Valley Health System.
1 year experience in a large Child Care Center Facility as a Co-Director or Assistant Director. Must be knowledgeable of North Carolina State Child Care requirements and regulations
Experience in understanding and working with a Budget. Strong interpersonal and analytical skills. Ability to maintain open communication. Effective Leader and advocate for our children and their families. Knowledgeable on computer technology.Work involves a variety of activities to include walking, standing and lifting of children and various objects. Ability to speak effectively and visually observe facility.
