Summary
Administers a comprehensive Recruitment Program for the health system. This program includes responsibility for recruitment of both Physician and Advanced Practitioner Providers in the rural market.Three years previous management, supervisory, and recruiting experience required. Healthcare recruiting experience is preferred. Experience in a human resource function with experience in hiring procedures preferred. A minimum of two years clerical/secretary experience required. Computer data entry experience with emphasis on report structure. Experience in Word, Excel and Access database programs. Numerical ability is required to prepare and interpret statistical reports. Ability to present in a professional manner to groups. Ability to collect, organize and interpret data from personal interview, application forms, and letters of recommendation, to assist in making proper placement. Requires knowledge of applicable computer applications.Job requires frequent traveling to adjacent counties as need, often unaccompanied. Must be able to communicate orally. Must lift and carry displays and other recruitment materials. Must set up and arrange displays, and greet visitors at the displays. Must present a professional appearance to favorably influence candidates.
