Girls Soccer Assistant Coach
Reports to : Head Coach
General Description :
The Assistant Coach is responsible for supporting the head coach to ensure that the head coach can lead the team, organize and implement game plans, and foster a positive and competitive environment. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with the head coach and demonstrate an understanding of the sport.
Minimum Qualification
A minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required. Advanced education above high school is preferred.
Essential Responsibilities
- Team Leadership and Development :
Develop and implement training programs to enhance player performance.
Analyze opponents and develop game plans and strategies to maximize team performance.
Collaborate with the head coach and other staff to ensure cohesive team operations.
Maintain open lines of communication with players, coaching staff, and families.
Track and analyze team and player performance metrics.
Assist in managing the team's schedule, including practices, games, and travel.
