Assistant Manager

Provide dependable assistance and support to the On-Site Association Manager, the Board of Directors and Homeowners. Responsibilities include; support the Manager in the enforcement of rules set by the Association's governing documents; maintain and update homeowners', contractor's and administrative files; maintain all office logs, inventory & supply orders for office, stand in for maintenance and housekeeping; coordinate homeowner's/tenant's deliveries and moves; schedule events on the office calendar, assist with mail and package organization, take, process and track work orders, bill back owners accounts, assume managerial duties when directed by Manager, file, organize, and all other duties as assigned by the Manager. Must have excellent attention to detail; working knowledge of office practice and record maintenance; able to operate a variety of office machines; be dependable and positive; work independently; have a commitment to company values; be a strong team player. Wear professional dress. May need to lift packages up to 50 lbs. and walk 16 flights of stairs. Will need to do property inspections, post notices, do mailings, mark and provide packages to homeowners, let and vet persons coming into building, call and email homeowners and vendors. Growth potential. Must open the office by 7:55 am and be there until 4:30 pm. All tasks as directed by the Building Manager. Need to pass a full background check with no felonies.

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday 8 am to 4:30 pm, must be on time and stay until closing.
- Need to open the office at 7:55 am and be there until closing at 4:30 pm
- Attend monthly board meetings
- On call, if needed
- Regular. predictable, full attendance is an essential function of this job.

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Valid Driver's License (Required)
