Duties
- Respond to customer inquiries including scheduling appointments via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information regarding services and products.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
- Collaborate with veterinary staff to ensure seamless communication between clients and medical professionals.
- Educate pet owners on proper vaccine schedules, preventative care, and other recommendations from our veterinarians.
- Handle medical collection processes with sensitivity and professionalism.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience in a veterinary setting is preferred.
