Department – Front Office
Subject – Shuttle Driver
Reports to - Director of Rooms
Position Dates - Memorial day to Labor day
Position Overview: Shuttle Driver for guests of Baron’s Cove only. Primarily, the shuttle runs 10am-6pm for Foster Memorial Beach. We will drop our guests off at the South Ferry (we do not go to Shelter Island, without manager approval).
These duties may be described as, but not limited to:
- Greet and welcome guest upon arrival and departure from the shuttle.
- Assist guests on and off the shuttle.
- Keep shuttle clean and sanitized, keep inventory of cleaning supplies and notify manager when low.
- Support team in a variety of tasks, including luggage assistance, and gym sanitation
- Complete a daily ridership log
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- Valid DL with good driving record
- Good communication skills.
- Professional, Welcoming and Out-going personality.
- Knowledge of Hamptons area
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school or equivalent education required.
- One to two years in a public contact position.
