Position: Valet – Bellhop/Bell Person
Reports to: Valet Supervisor/Front Office Manager/Asst. Front Office Manager
Position Overview:
Attend to guest needs, including, but not limited to, greeting guest, assisting with luggage, and escorting guest to their room.
These duties may be described as, but not limited to:
- Greet and welcome guest upon arrival.
- Assist guests with luggage and ensuring delivery in a timely matter.
- Make certain that the front of the hotel and parking lot in free from debris.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- Valid driver’s license (recommended, not required)
- Good communication skills.
- Professional, welcoming and out-going personality.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school or equivalent education required.
- One to two years in a public contact position.
