Job Overview

The Restaurant General Manager will oversee the entire operation of the restaurant, including managing staff, controlling costs, and maintaining quality standards.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and direct a team of service staff, ensuring that they provide excellent customer service and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Cost Control: Manage payroll and equipment costs, controlling expenses and minimizing loss.
  • Quality Standards: Develop and implement quality standards for the restaurant, including supervision and direction of service staff.
  • Data Analysis: Prepare and analyze data, figures, and transcriptions prepared on and generated by computer.
