Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize spa treatment rooms, relaxation areas, outdoor patios and common spaces
• Maintain the cleanliness of restrooms, showers, and locker rooms, steam rooms
• Replenish towels, linens, and spa amenities
• Dispose of trash and replace used towels/robes in designated areas
• Ensure floors are moped and dry, furniture, and fixtures are dust-free and polished
• Follow sanitation and hygiene standards to maintain a high level of cleanliness
• Assist in laundry duties, including washing, drying, and folding towels and robes
• Report maintenance issues or supply shortages to management
• Support the spa team in creating a relaxing atmosphere for guests
• Offer assistance to spa guest at all times
• Previous housekeeping experience, preferably in a spa, hotel, or wellness center
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Comply with all Company safety and health policies and procedures.
• Keep management informed with all guest and staff issues.
