This role is essential in delivering outstanding customer service and support to our clients across various educational programs. You will be instrumental in ensuring customer satisfaction while helping them navigate their educational needs.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, online chats, and email inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding course offerings and registration processes.
- Provide accurate information about our services to potential clients.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our database.
- Accurately report student and class data to state and national regulatory agencies.
- Administer live webinar classes, monitor students, and assist instructors.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or call center environment is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
- Ability to handle sales inquiries effectively and professionally.
- Basic data entry skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Successful multitasker; can handle multiple activities and demands at the same time.
- Team player; able to plan, coordinate, and cooperate with others.
