Bookkeeper / Office Manager (Construction & Commercial Real Estate Experience Required)

We are a growing real estate firm in Bee Cave looking for a detail-oriented, highly organized Bookkeeper / Office Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping using QuickBooks Desktop
- Handle accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Track project budgets and job costing for construction and development projects
- Assist with invoicing, draw requests, and vendor payments
- Maintain organized records and digital files for multiple entities
- Coordinate with CPAs and lenders as needed
- Support general office operations including supplies, scheduling, and filing
Qualifications:
- 3 years of bookkeeping experience, proficiency in Quickbooks is a must
- Property Management experience is a plus
- Familiarity with draw schedules and job costing is preferred
- Strong understanding of financial statements and general accounting principles
- Experience managing multiple entities and intercompany transactions
