Capella Space Internship Program
We are excited to offer a 10-week in-person internship at Capella Space, running from June 3rd to August 15th. This opportunity provides students with hands-on learning and valuable exposure to the dynamic fields of spacecraft design, manufacturing, and geospatial imagery. Alongside meaningful work, our internships include a variety of social events and experiences designed to help you maintain a healthy work-life balance throughout the summer. About the Role and Team
We are seeking a highly motivated Process Documentation Intern to support our efforts in documenting and streamlining processes critical to our business. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a high-tech environment, interact with professionals throughout the company, and contribute to improving the effectivity and efficiency of the business.
Role Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and individuals to gather information on processes, procedures, and workflows.
- Conduct interviews with employees throughout the organization to gain a comprehensive understanding of the processes.
- Draft, edit, and refine technical documents, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
- Create concise and user-friendly process diagrams, procedures, templates, and checklists.
- Work within the Quality & Mission Assurance and Compliance teams to ensure documentation meets industry standards and regulatory requirements.
