What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cedar Stars Rush Equipment Manager (College Credits) position at Capelli Sport?
As the Team Equipment Manager for training and game day operations, you are responsible for ensuring that all necessary athletic equipment is properly prepared, readily available, and in optimal working condition for both training sessions and game days. This includes setting up field equipment, managing player gear, and addressing any equipment-related issues that may arise during competition or training. Additionally, you are responsible for setting up and collecting training and game uniforms, as well as washing and drying the training and game kits to ensure they are always ready for use. This role is expected to attend all 12 league games and be performed on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday evenings from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
