Job Responsibilities
The primary function of the IT Assistant will be to troubleshoot and resolve issues with our various applications. The following is a sample of the types of issues typically encountered:
- User cannot connect or maintain connection to wifi
- User cannot print
- User cannot get door access app to work
- User needs A/V setup
- User needs configuration on a device
- Devices not functioning properly
Qualifications
- Must enjoy working with and learning new technologies
- Must have a basic understanding of wifi networks, email clients, and standard business applications
- Must have a pleasant disposition and desire to solve problems for users
Hours
10 to 15 hours per week; flexible schedule
