CapeSpace is a full service business center/coworking with locations in Hyannis and Mashpee. We rent fully furnished offices, conference rooms, desks and mailing addresses with business services on flexible terms.
Job Responsibilities
Receptionists are responsible for the following:
- Watch the front desk to ensure that guests are greeted
- Escort guests to their reserved rooms
- Ensure that conference rooms are clean and ready for guests
- Perform light clerical tasks such as mail sorting
Qualifications
- Must possess a cheerful, positive, professional attitude
- Must have a customer service orientation
- Must have good written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of basic business equipment and computer applications helpful
Hours
10 to 15 hours per week; Schedule flexible
Salary: $20/hour
