CapeTalent is seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Training Consultant to lead the development and execution of a comprehensive training strategy for our clients upcoming Oracle ERP Cloud implementation. This role will focus on Financials (GL, AP, AR) and Procurement as part of the Finance and Supply Chain (FIN & SCM) rollout. The ideal candidate will be able to jump right in, collaborating with key stakeholders to develop a training design document, training plan, and supporting content.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop the ERP Training Strategy : Establish a structured approach to training that aligns with business goals and user needs.
Collaborate on Training Design & Planning : Work with internal teams to create a training design document and define learning objectives.
Create & Deliver Training Content : Develop and / or curate training materials, e-learning modules, job aids, and live training sessions.
Support End-User Adoption : Ensure employees understand system changes and are prepared for the transition.
Work Cross-Functionally : Engage with ERP project teams, business process owners, and IT teams to ensure training reflects real-world workflows.
Assess Training Effectiveness : Gather feedback and adjust content to maximize knowledge retention and adoption
Required Qualifications :
Proven experience in Oracle ERP Cloud training, ideally in FIN & SCM modules (GL, AP, AR, Procurement).
Strong background in training strategy development, instructional design, and content creation.
Proficiency in e-learning tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline,Rise).
Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment and quickly adapt to project needs.
