Minimum 3 years Office Experience
Minimum 2 years QuickBooks experience
Experience with OpsMerchant, RealPage Vendor Credentialing, Paymode, Vendor Cafe, and/or Honeybadger is a plus!
High School Diploma
Pass Background/Drug Screening
Reliable transportation, preferably someone who lives within a 15-mile radius of the Office
Construction Coordinator experience is a plus. If limited experience but you meet all qualifications, we will invest in your training
Job Summary:
Seeking a detailed oriented individual with a positive attitude for an Office Manager position that includes providing administrative support for operations, clients, franchised offices, vendors, investors and owners in the Construction Industry.
Role/Job Functions:
Full Time Time M-F 8-5
Ensure compliance with standards and Company Policies personally and with Field Team
Perform administrative duties: Answering phones, faxing documents, photocopying/scanning documents, filing, bulk file creation, assist with life cycle of each project within internal systems while working directly with Director and Team
Microsoft application use; word, excel, access
Data entry within QuickBooks, internal databases, and other web-based applications
Manage Account Receivables daily
Assist with Account Payables daily; Data Entry, Reconciliations, Transaction printing & coding, budgeting, filing, etc.
Work directly with Project Managers & Superintendents to coordinate their projects/jobs within policy and compliance
Use of database and web-applications to comply with Vendors, Suppliers, Investors, and Internal operations
Assist with the life cycle of each project by creating, updating, maintaining, invoicing, and processing electronic and paper files
