Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and mentor the sales renewal teams to consistently meet and exceed performance goals.
- Drive excellence by providing ongoing coaching, actionable feedback, and growth opportunities for continuous team development and success.
- Create and maintain a positive, inclusive, and high-performance environment where all team members thrive.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to drive revenue growth, maximize account potential, and unlock new opportunities.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience as a Sales Representative in Financial Services or consultative sales with a proven track record of delivering results.
- 4 years of experience in people management and coaching.
- A strong eagerness to learn about our products, our merchants' businesses, and the financial technology landscape.
- Experience driving performance and meeting metrics within a 30-day cycle.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
