Job Description:
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior QA Engineer with 8-10 years of experience to join our team and support our AI Ops initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of AI-driven solutions through comprehensive testing strategies, automation, and continuous improvement processes.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement test strategies, plans, and cases for AI applications and systems to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to understand requirements and define testing criteria.
- Design, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for functional, performance, and regression testing of AI models and applications.
- Conduct thorough manual testing when necessary, including exploratory testing to identify edge cases and potential issues.
- Monitor and analyze test results, providing detailed reports and insights to stakeholders regarding quality metrics and areas for improvement.
- Identify, document, and track defects using issue tracking tools, ensuring timely resolution and verification of fixes.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on best practices for testing and quality assurance.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in QA methodologies, tools, and technologies to enhance testing processes.
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on AI and machine learning applications.
- Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG) and experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java).
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
- Familiarity with AI concepts and machine learning workflows is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and convey technical information clearly
