Job Description

Capgemini is seeking a PMO Operations Manager with a strong finance background and deep exposure to IT services operations. This role requires financial expertise in allocations, revenue tracking, invoicing, and IT project financials. The ideal candidate has worked in IT organizations and understands financial processes related to project cost structures, client invoicing, and profitability tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

• IT Finance Operations: Manage and oversee financial processes related to IT projects, including allocations, cost structures, invoicing, and revenue tracking.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead financial forecasting, resource allocation, and revenue modeling for IT programs.
• Financial Analysis & Reporting: Develop detailed financial reports to track revenue, profitability, and cost optimizations across IT engagements.
• Opportunity Pipeline & Bookings: Maintain financial oversight of the opportunity pipeline, ensuring accurate bookings, invoicing, and revenue recognition.
• Process Optimization: Implement strategies to improve financial efficiency and optimize project profitability.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• 5 years in Financial PMO roles within an IT services organization (not general finance roles).
• Strong finance background with expertise in financial allocations, invoicing, contract structuring, and project financial oversight.
• Experience managing IT project costs, revenue tracking, and financial forecasting.
• Bachelor s in Economics, Finance, or Business, with a career path leading into IT services.
• Ability to collaborate with IT teams, finance departments, and senior leadership to optimize financial processes.
• Experience in Advance MS Excel, MPPs,
• Good Knowledge Microsoft Tools
• Good Communication skills both written and oral
• Ability to interact and present to executive level stake holders
