Job description:
Development of Test automation platform for medical system using Python and other technologies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Application software development including test automation
•Creating Test Strategy, Test Plan, Test Reports, Test Cases and Test Scripts.
•Debug of automation framework architecture and development issues to improve UT/IT automation framework
•Functionality development in application software
•Interactions with other stakeholders including SW development, verification etc.
•Working in a global delivery environment.
Required Skills:
•(5- 8) years of experience in software development and testing of medical devices (e.g. Class II & Class III)
•Extensive working experience in Python e.g. threading and multiprocessing libraries e.g. Pandas, Numpy, SciPy, PyTest, Cucumber, etc.
•Strong expertise in development of web-based applications using Python – mandatory
•Experience in building frameworks and automating complex workflows using Python for Test Automation – mandatory.
•Hands-on expertise in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
•Tools expertise in Git, Gitlab, Accurev. Jira, Jenkins and product life cycle management tool like Windchill.
•Bachelor’s in computer engineering, Computer Science, or Software Engineering. (A degree in another Engineering discipline may be acceptable with proven software education and/or training and demonstrated software experience.)
