Required Skills :

Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, English, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent experience in the Merchant Services industry with experience creating technical content.Proficiency in SharePoint, MS Word, MS Excel, and Adobe Acrobat Professional.Strong proofreading and grammatical skills, with a keen attention to detail.Preferred Qualifications :

Experience with MadCap Flare or similar single sourcing tools.2 years of experience in technical writing, particularly in producing training or procedural documents in a professional environment.Life at Capgemini :
