Required Skills

• 5 years of experience in IT project management leading software development infrastructure or cloud projects.
• Strong understanding of IT architecture cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP) cybersecurity and data governance.
• Experience with Agile Scrum Kanban and Waterfall project methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project.
• Solid background in budgeting resource management and vendor negotiations.
• Knowledge of ITIL DevOps SDLC and CI / CD processes.
• Excellent communication leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP CSM or PMI-ACP certifications are a plus.
• Develop detailed project plans timelines budgets and resource allocations to ensure successful project execution.
• Define project scope objectives and deliverables in collaboration with business and technical teams.
• Identify and manage project risks dependencies and mitigation strategies to ensure smooth execution.
• Drive agile / scrum methodologies or traditional waterfall project management depending on project needs.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders' technical teams and external vendors.
• Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams ensuring project alignment with business goals.
• Conduct regular status meetings progress updates and issue resolution discussions with stakeholders.
• Oversee the end-to-end implementation of IT solutions including software development cloud migration cybersecurity and infrastructure projects.
• Ensure projects adhere to IT governance compliance and security best practices.
• Collaborate with development infrastructure and DevOps teams to ensure efficient deployment and scalability of IT solutions.
• Manage project budgets resource allocation and vendor contracts to optimize costs and efficiency.
• Track project expenditures ensuring financial accountability and cost-effectiveness.
• Monitor project performance using KPIs SLAs and risk management frameworks.
• Ensure IT solutions meet business requirements technical standards and regulatory compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process automation and optimization.
• Ensure successful transition of IT solutions to production including documentation and training for end-users.
• Provide post-implementation support and coordinate resolution of any issues or enhancements.

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical / dental / vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
