Your role will involve analyzing information, recommending and planning the installation of new systems, and consulting with engineering staff to evaluate software-hardware interfaces.
Your Responsibilities
- Engage and collaborate directly with functional business collaborators.
- Implement and configure Siemens MOM (OpCenter, Mendix, APS, Connect MOM, OpCenter Intelligence).
- Maintain and troubleshoot systems, provide training and knowledge transfer to internal teams.
- Analyze information to recommend and plan new system installations.
- Evaluate software-hardware interfaces with engineering staff.
- Address technical issues with customers or departments, including system design and maintenance.
- Lead third-party system integration team for task completion, bug resolution, system testing, documentation, and issue resolution.
- Ensure Agile practices are followed, manage team velocity, and track performance.
- Collaborate with functional area leads for backlog intake and prioritization.
