Job Summary

As a Senior Engagement Manager, you will play a critical role in driving business success by leading and managing engineering projects from start to finish.

You will collaborate with clients, internal stakeholders, and global teams to deliver high-quality projects that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to achieve project goals.
• Lead and mentor teams to foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
• Analyze project financials, identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders through regular reviews and updates.
• Drive process improvements, ensuring continuous learning and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in STEM or a related field.
• 10-14 years of experience in managing engineering projects, particularly in Electrical, Mechanical, Software, and related fields.
• 5 years of technical program management experience, with expertise in supporting and empowering teams with technical skills.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
