Job Description :

As a Technical Consultant , you will provide in-depth analysis and technical consultation during the deployment of Risk and Compliance solutions, focusing on anti-fraud and anti-money laundering products. Your goal is to ensure the accurate implementation and configuration of solutions to meet clients' business needs while maintaining high service delivery standards.

• Elicit and capture technical requirements for FCRM (Financial Crimes Risk Management) implementations.
• Collaborate with project teams on functional and technical components of the implementation, including product configuration , interfaces , installation , and testing .
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients.
• Recommend hardware configurations and sizing based on client needs.
• Advise clients on platform compatibility, security considerations, and integration with their IT infrastructure .
• Install solutions at client sites, including product configurations.
• Provide on-site and off-site technical training for clients.
• Build and maintain installation and training documentation .
• Resolve technical issues and roadblocks, collaborating with clients and development teams to address technical challenges.
• Assess the impact of customer-specific customizations and work with product development on the best approach.
