Identify Problems and Progress to Resolution:
- Proactively identify project issues, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams to implement solutions and ensure project risks are mitigated.
- Coordinate and lead daily meetings to review the project’s performance and progress.
- Ensure alignment with key project objectives and track achievements, deadlines, and important metrics.
- Monitor the development of team members' skills and proficiencies.
- Support managers in tracking individual growth and offering assistance for professional development as needed.
- Coordinate logistics and ensure the timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure smooth operations for the supply chain and project execution.
- Ensure all team activities adhere to updated project processes and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with the Compliance Manager to ensure that legal, regulatory, and organizational standards are met.
The ideal candidate will possess the following abilities:
- Proven experience in a Project Management Office (PMO) or technical management role.
- Good understanding of project management processes, methodologies, and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in handling logistics, the flow of goods and equipment, or related operations.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with compliance and quality control procedures.
- Mentality geared towards problem-solving with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
