An overview of the role:
This is a highly visible role, defining the strategy and value propositions for strategic and mega deals. Working with colleagues from Invent and across the business, you are responsible for bringing the One Capgemini differentiated proposition to life for C-Suite people in our largest clients. You will be the master of the content, lead teams across Capgemini to bring together a differentiated proposition aligned to driving our clients most strategic priorities. You must be a highly experiences strategist with an appreciation for bringing unique combinations across Capgemini together while also guiding and collaborating on commercial structures and business cases.
It is a hugely collaborative role, and you will be someone who brings expertise in every interaction, builds teams quickly and effectively and can break through bureaucracy.

Your Responsibilities
- Market Research: Define and direct thorough market research to identify potential opportunities for strategic deals, incl. annual reports, partnerships etc. Leverage all capabilities across the group to ensure we have a balanced view of our client and not a limited view of our current engagement
- Visualization& Identity: Collaborate to conceive of and direct the team to ensure we have a unique identify for the deal that motivates both client and internally. Lead the development of visually appealing and informative slides to effectively communicate complex ideas and strategies to internal and external stakeholders.
- Workshops: Lead workshop development, curation and facilitation by preparing materials, agendas, and interactive exercises to engage participants, encourage creative thinking, and foster productive discussions.
- Collaborate: Identify and engage with the most skilled SMEs from all over Capgemini to integrate true expertise and cutting-edge knowledge in value propositions to our clients.
- Create unique perspectives and bring different combinations of capabilities together into a compelling story for senior clients
- Lead cross functional teams effectively deploying situational leadership to ensure productive dynamics and creativity.
- Nurture a team of strategists to be their best and develop our future strategic leaders
- Commercially astute you will ensure that there is a compelling business case and commercial structure in collaboration with the value Istas on the team
Along the deal cycle:
- · Together with the account team, outlines client business priorities and CxO strategy and translates into value propositions
- · Supports and challenges the solution strategy and storyline
- · Utilizes full research power of the Group for new industry, client and topic insights
- · Coaches pitch team on overarching storyline and core value proposition

- · Experience of proposition building and delivery.
- · Currently working in a major Consulting firm, and/or in industry but having a Consulting background.

At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $215,000 - $250,000. This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees. Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable.
